Pineapple Playhouse #10 - "FrankenDoodle"
With the support of Nickelodeon Digital Studios, plus the talent of several Henson-trained puppeteers, we have created over a dozen reenactments of popular SpongeBob SquarePants episodes through the lens of puppetry. Some of these episodes have also aired as interstitials on Nickelodeon broadcasts. We've been nominated for several awards and Nickelodeon has even used this production as a framework to support CSR initiatives through Nick Cares and the non-profit Calibraska.
Published as of 7/29/22, this episode of our SpongeBob SquarePants reenactment series presented a lot of production challenges due to the nature of the episode, but I'm super proud of how it all came together. Watch SpongePuppet battling the nefarious DoodleBob below!
